Key Duties:

  • Obtain and maintain customer database by inputting customer info and updates; preparing and distributing reports as needed.

  • Source data from all fronts, incluiding social media  as a key channel to reach consumers and trends.

  • Update managers and leaders by consolidating, anlyzing, and forwarding market data to team.

  • Attract potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services.

  • Resolve product or service issues by clarifying the customer's situation; selecting and explaining  the best solution to it, including proper follow up.

  • Support clients with payment / collections support in a manner that enables cooperation, communication and debt fulfillment
