Job Description:

This company is looking for a leader in Quality and compliance in a food production setting in Irving TX. We need someone with experience in Food production quality/compliance, you will report directly to the Food Safety and Quality Manager. The QC technicians follow through on set processes and ensure adherence to good manufacturing practices (GMP) in order to maintain the product quality within the company identified parameters.

Key Responsibilities

 

• Responsible for monitoring, and programming critical control points (CCP).

• Ensures the correct recipe guidelines for products are met during processing.

• Responsible for the correct recording and filing of all relevant record logs and documentation.

• Ensures employees are following all Food Safety and worker safety practices.

• Ensures and educates employees on food safety and SQF standards.

• Ensure all rules and guidelines for a safe work environment are followed.

 

Qualifications:

 

• Prior experience in food environment.

• Proficiency in MS Office.

• Must have good written and oral communication skills.

• Spanish skills are a plus
