Job Description:
We are looking for a key operator to spearhead the production operations as a Manufacturing Processing Operator. It is required to meet product manufacturing standards and implement control factors to ensure: product processing, production records, and keep equipment and work area in orderly conditions.
Key Duties

Preparation of food items (meeting mandated nutritional requirements).

Execute daily production list as delegated by supervisors. Ensure understanding of amounts and techniques to be used in preparation.

Assess recipe batch sizes and prepare ingredients accordingly to specific manufacturing procedures.

Practice established safety and sanitation procedures for food handling and preparation.

Follow all directions accurately and in accordance with established production guidelines.

Recognize and inform supervisor of raw material shortages and out of stocks.

Cleaning and maintaining utensils, equipment, and facility areas safe and in sanitary conditions.
Qualifications:

Knowledge of industrial food operations and procedures.

Experience using industrial equipment and utensils.

Ability to batch recipes according to order size.

Ability to adhere to safety and sanitation policies and procedures.

Being bilingual is a plus.
