Job Description:

This recruiter role is a dynamic career-expanding opportunity. You will be responsible for full life-cycle recruiting: recruiting, screening and recommending placement of staff by using creative sourcing methods (internal and external).

 

Your role:

• Partner with hiring managers to determine staffing needs.

• Screen and interview candidates (by phone or in person). Administer reference and background checks and deliver employment offers.

• Use resources, such as career fairs, online job fairs, community network events, etc., to identify and attract quality candidates.

• Follow up with candidates and hiring managers to obtain feedback regarding recruiting process.

• Develop and maintain an excellent relationship with internal and external clients.

 

Requirements:

• 4-year college degree (B.S. or B.A.)

• Minimum seven (7) years’ experience in recruiting.
