This recruiter role is a dynamic career-expanding opportunity. You will be responsible for full life-cycle recruiting: recruiting, screening and recommending placement of staff by using creative sourcing methods (internal and external).
Partner with hiring managers to determine staffing needs.
Screen and interview candidates (by phone or in person). Administer reference and background checks and deliver employment offers.
Use resources, such as career fairs, online job fairs, community network events, etc., to identify and attract quality candidates.
Follow up with candidates and hiring managers to obtain feedback regarding recruiting process.
Develop and maintain an excellent relationship with internal and external clients.
4-year college degree (B.S. or B.A.)
Minimum seven (7) years’ experience in recruiting.
