Job Description:

We are looking for leaders to spearhead out front desk area by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately; notifies company personnel of visitor arrival; maintains security and telecommunications system. You will work for Drake Equipment, the one-stop fleet solutions provider for Contractors, Utilities, Government and School Districts with products and services that enable our clients to maintain and operate vehicles, trailers and equipment in a safe and cost-efficient manner. You love seeing the world through the customer’s eyes to meet and exceed their expectations. You know how to listen, communicate, and assist our clients’ needs based on outstanding communication skills, accompanied by an outgoing personality that will connect with anyone in the organization.

Your role:

  • Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.

  • Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories; giving instructions.

  • Maintains security by following procedures; monitoring logbook; issuing visitor badges.

  • Maintains telecommunication system by following manufacturer's instructions for house phone and console operation.

  • Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.Maintains continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.

  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bilingual - English/Spanish

  • Relevant experience preferred.

  • Telephone skills, verbal communication, Microsoft Office Skills, Listening, Professionalism, Customer Focus, Organization, Reporting.
